A vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam. The decoration has fresh cherries and raspberries, brandy snap, chocolate crisp,, macarons and a sugar shard.

Anniversary cake 44 years

Red velvet cheesecake. Layers of moist red velvet cake with a baked vanilla cheesecake in-between, cream cheese frosting coated with flakes of white chocolate. Its decorated with a rice paper bowl, fresh fruit and a single flower

An 8 inch, 4 layers of vanilla sponge filled with homemade cherry jam and vanilla buttercream. Decorated with gold leaf, sprinkles, gold macarons, red carnations and geranium.

4 layers of vanilla sponge filled with homemade cherry jam and vanilla buttercream. The decoration is vanilla buttercream dyed in pride colours.

A vanilla sponge filled with homemade strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream, crumbcoated and then fondant. The web effect is white chocolate.

A vanilla sponge filled with homemade salted caramel and salted caramel buttercream. The decoration again salted caramel but dyed blue, loads of sparkles and royal blue accessories.

Vanilla cupcakes decorated with handmade fondant animals. We have giraffes, elephants, lions, camaleons and of course unicorns. All sitting on vanilla buttercream grass.

A gooey chocolate fudge cake, filled with chocolate nut ganache, covered with chocolate ganache. Its decorated with all things chocolate maltesers, M&Ms, Aero, giant chocolate buttons and a chocolate drip.

A vanilla sponge, homemade jam and buttercream. Its decorated with pale pink buttercream dusted with edible lustre, gold leaf, pink jewels, sprinkles and a beautiful dream catcher.

A vanilla sponge filled with homemade tangy jam and vanilla buttercream. Decorated this time with dried fruits, nuts and macarons.

70th Birthday, not a cake this time as such but a cheesecake. This one was an extra deep creamy vanilla with a fresh strawberry swirl running throughout and a fresh strawberry purée jelly on top. Decorated with bright and colourful flowers.

A 4 layer vanilla sponge, homemade jam and topped with fruit, (both dried and fresh) various nuts, and a few caramel touches.

2 layers of chocolate fudge cake sandwiched together with chocolate ganache fondant covering and decorated.

3 layers of different pink vanilla sponge filled with homemade strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream. Coated with pink buttercream dusted with edible glitter. The decorations included edible lace butterflies, meringue kisses (all sparkling) princess sprinkles, white chocolate stars.

Eton Mess Cake. 4 layers of vanilla sponge, homemade strawberry jam and filled with cream, fresh strawberries, raspberries and meringue.
